Shipping, duties and custom clearance:

Gorgeous Gemstones ship gemstones from Oahu, Hawaii to domestic gemstone buyer from the U.S as well as international gemstone buyer worldwide who have deliverable mailing address if the buyer can not pick up the gemstone in person.

Shipping:  Shipping options and choice of carriers can be discussed at the time of purchase with customer's choice among available shipping options.  Shipping cost will be at the cost charged by the carrier for that chosen option.   I  recommend choosing the shipping option and carrier that you as a customer are comfortable with and find most reliable and trustworthy among available options.

Hawaii shipping: customer can view and pick the gemstone in person after schedule a viewing appointment and making purchase or delivery arrangement can be made.  It is highly recommended to view the gemstone in person before making purchase if you are able to. (While I do not have a set hours for showing gemstone , you can schedule an appointment with me for gem viewing in person)

Duties and custom clearance:

Domestic U.S buyer: I will be shipping gemstones you purchase from Gorgeous Gemstone LLC from Oahu, Hawaii to you so there would be no duties and customer clearance fee for U.S buyer as it is shipped domestically within the border of the U.S.  Also, U.S have duties of $0 on loose gemstones imports anyhow, see Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, chapter 71 for more information on this if you want.

International buyer: Each country has its own tariff custom clearance requirement on gemstones, some require payment for duties on gemstones imports and others do not. Please be informed of your own country's duty rate on gemstones import when making purchases.  you can also email gorgeous gemstone to discuss this topic when making purchase.

 Purchasing, Pricing,  and Refund:

Email Gorgeous Gemstone LLC at gorgeousgemstones1234567890@gmail.com to inquire about prices for gemstones listed here as well as request a purchase for gemstone you are interested in (Gorgeous Gemstone primary focus is the quality of our gemstones.  While there are no gemstones that are exactly alike, so price match is not truly possible for gemstones market, for gemstones of comparable quality on American retail gemstones market, Gorgeous Gemstones should offer excellent value for money on gemstones , and since this is a single member llc, prices for Gorgeous Gemstone LLC is flexible, and I reserve the right  give discounts or not, and I can price and sell gemstones listed here for Gorgeous Gemstones LLC at any price I want).  There will be sales invoices, and receipts issued after agreement of purchase of gemstone have been reached for each gemstones purchased from Gorgeous Gemstone LLC.    Please note that gorgeousgemstone.com is the only website where sales of Gorgeous gemstone llc happens and confirmation of sales and agreement of sales of Gorgeous Gemstone LLC can only be done through me using the email address: gorgeousgemstones1234567890@gmail.com.   (I rather not use paypal as payment processing platform for the transaction if possible due to their fee and their practice of holding on to funds on transaction, I don't think as a processing platform they should have that much control over funds of others and I don't like a third party holding on to my or customer's fund, not to mention all the restriction they impose on both buyer and seller and the extra step needed to fulfill their requirements, some of which are ridiculous, so while it is an option of payment, I would absolutely avoid paypal and only when customer insist on using paypal would I consider it, I much rather use other method of payment where no or little fee is charged with simpler process)

For return: there is a 15 days from customer received date for return policy with original items. Buyers pays for returned shipping, and there is a $15 restock fee.  The cost of initial shipping and restock fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded in case of the refund. For gemstone bought in person, no shipping fee would be charged or deducted when returned of item.  If customer opt to use paypal to pay, because paypal no longer reimburse processing fee when return is processed, the transaction fee paypal charged needs to be covered by customer additionally before refund is issued (paypal has problem with letting seller refund full amount at times, which makes no sense).  Paying by paypal also cost customer more for the gemstone due to Paypal collecting a fee and hold on to fund at times for a longer time.

Receipt: Gorgeous Gemstone LLC will provide a receipt for each gemstone purchase by customer that include all relevant information related to the transaction at the time of sale.  I will also keep detailed record of each transaction that Gorgeous Gemstone LLC have in three year period from the date of transaction in case customer needs another copy of the receipt during this three year period.

Gorgeous Gemstones will entertain reasonable offers, so if you are making a purchase for special purposes such as to be used in an anniversary gift or an engagement ring, etc... and the retail price for such gemstones on the market are a little more than what you are looking to spend, please email me your offer.

Gemstone reports:

 

For customers who wants gemstones report for gemstones they want to purchase listed on Gorgeous gemstone LLC site that do not already have gemstone reports, I offer report services from major gemstone labs that will issues gemstone report for me.  There will be a processing time for gemstone reports process depends on shipping time and gemstone lab schedules that I do not have control over,  and cost of getting requested reports for the gemstones include shipping and handling will be added to the final purchase price.  No refund for reports services requested once processed as long as the gemstones are as described in the listing.  With that said, many of the more valuable gemstones in Gorgeous Gemstone LLC inventory already have reports ready.

 

It should also be noted I have never worked for any gemstone labs, and do not represent them or stand by their results on the reports, I am simply offering reports from gemstones labs for customers who wants them for gemstones listed on Gorgeous Gemstones LLC that do not have reports already included with purchase of if they want reports from a different labs than the available listed reports. I do have my own gem identification tool and I do examine the gemstones listed here besides sending them to gemstone labs to get them examined and I try to make sure there are no discrepancies between the result on the gemstone reports from the labs, my own gemstone identification and observation  as well as the description of gemstones I got from my suppliers while being completely honest in my disclosure of information I have if I did not source those gemstones directly from the mine. I will disclose when such inconsistent happens as gemstones lab reports, especially when it comes to origin and certain treatments are stated to be of opinion after examination based on data by many gemstone labs including the most reputable ones and not fact, sometimes there can even be inconsistencies in reports for the same gemstones, and suppliers may not disclose all information accurately or correctly when I acquire gemstones from them.  I should state that the only way to be absolutely sure about gemstones origin and treatment if any is if you dig the gemstone rough from the ground at the mine yourself, and even then, there have been cases where miners have planted rough stones from others places on their own mine, and there could be treatment that are undetectable by even major labs when gemstones are in rough form, or already cut, furthermore gemstones are passed by many hands such as miners, cutter, dealers, suppliers... before I have them in Gorgeous gemstone inventory, but I will try to find out the most accurate information on the gemstones listed here for potential customers while being completely honest in my disclosure of information I have on them.  I do not perform any treatment on any gemstones once I acquired them and I do not know how or want to perform any treatment on them anyhow as I like gemstone in their natural state the most besides them being faceted).
